Conceptualized and designed by Daniel Alonso and the Bonhomme Hospitality Group, Beatnik is a new cocktail bar and restaurant that offers guests lush interiors, opulent decor and old-world ambiance. Aesthetically, Beatnik captures the worldly spirit and cultural ideal of the bohemian lifestyle of the 1950s in Europe and America. The result of a $1 million project, Beatnik opened on September 6, 2017 and features one-of-a-kind antique design elements including a Carved Teak Façade from a grand home in Bali, an Italian Farmhouse Table, a Parisian Patisserie Counter and Wooden Doors from a home in Egypt, all circa 1900. The 6,000-sq.-ft. space can seat 200 guests in the various spaces, which creates a series of vignettes that marry the bucolic splendor of a Mediterranean farmhouse with the colorful opulence of Moorish architecture and the tropical lushness of Bali.
