RESTAURANTS AND BARS
Torali is the hotel’s lobby-level Italian steakhouse serving a wonderful spread of Mediterranean dishes including grilled seafood and savory, handmade pastas. Torali Bar is known for its range of Italian spirits. Even more exciting, head for the Rooftop at Torali for some of the building’s best panoramic city views.
There’s also The Café serving delicious pastries, grab-and-go sandwiches and salads, La Colombe coffee, and other light fare throughout the day. Come evening, the skylights here make this a perfect place to grab a cocktail before or after heading out on the town.
The concierge also has some lively recommendations for those that want to venture into the city's vibrant neighborhoods. I sampled the Bohemian-style Beatnik for brunch one morning and loved my spicy shakshuka and grilled halloumi. The beautiful dining room was buzzing with energy. At night, I checked out an equally eclectic and chic bar named Spilt Milk where the savvy bartenders produced excellent cocktails like the rose Negroni of which I had a few.
